Here are some FAQ to help you out.
When will my order be delivered?
Our team has all hands on deck processing our orders, express orders should leave in 24 hours and arrive in 1-2 business days following that. Our standard delivery orders should leave after about 24-48 hours (sometimes a little longer in peak season) and hopefully with in 4-10 business days (normally quicker). We ship from Melbourne so some states might have an extra day or two for transit.
Please note that the impacts of covid restrictions have lead to postage delays right across the Australian market. Consumers can therefore expect short delays particularly at peak times of the year. Please refer to your individual tracking instructions for more information.
How can I track my order?
When your order is processed, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking information from our delivery partner; StarTrack/Aus Post. When it scans in at the depot you should have live tracking of your order up until it arrives with you.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
When trying on items please keep their tags on and make sure they fit, if they don't you can send them back and we can exchange them. The details can be found here: https://xblades.com.au/pages/exchange-returns-policy
There was an issue with my order, how can I fix it?

How do I know what size I am?
Our sizing is pretty standard to what you would find here in Australia, plus we will happily exchange items if they don't fit! If you need some added help here are our sizing guides.
Do you have tips on keeping my products in their best condition?
We sure do! As sports products get put to the ultimate test, we include wash care instructions on your garments to help keep them in tip top shape, and we have boot care instruction in the box or at this link: https://xblades.com.au/pages/boot-care-guidelines
Where's my refund?
If you've been given a refund it may take a few days to process from your payment provider, typically this can be 2-5 business days, but normally it's pretty quick. If you have an extended wait chat to the team here and we can make sure it's all processed correctly on our end.
What Payment options do you have?
We currently support most credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify pay, google shopping, Afterpay, Apple pay and are working on some split-purchase options currently (stay tuned).
Do your products come with a warranty?
You have both a manufacturers warranty and you have your protections under Australian consumer law.
If your product has a fault or issue, get in contact, we take pride in our products and will do our very best to ensure you get the most out of it. If you've purchased online directly from us we have the full range of solutions available. Purchases made in a retailer may be turned back to the retailer in some cases (this will mostly apply to refunds), as per the Australian consumer law guidelines and in compliance with Australian tax legislation. Rest assured we will help you get the right resolution.
