WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE ALL OR SOME OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED?

You are entitled to an exchange on your item(s) as long as products are unworn and unwashed or have workmanship and/or material flaws. Simply send the item(s) back to us with your proof of purchase, by way of post within 30 days of receipt of delivery to:

XBlades – Returns Department

Unit 19 3-13 Bundarra Avenue South, Wahroonga, NSW 2076

Please remember to enclose a slip with your item(s) indicating your full name and order number. As soon as we receive the item(s) we will get the exchange organised and sent out to you straight away.

Except to the extent permitted by law, XBlades will exchange or issue a credit only where an incorrect choice has occurred. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the return date.

WHO PAYS FOR POSTAGE?

Where you are exchanging your order for the first time, there are no extra postage charges or shipping charges from XBlades when we send you your replacements (excluding international orders). Your only cost will be the return postage on the original item(s).  If a further exchange is requested on the same order, XBlades reserves the right to charge additional postage for the shipment to you. The price of which is dependent on the number of items being sent.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY WORN MY XBLADES ITEM(S)?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items that have been worn or washed as a result of health regulations. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for your return. Where we have not been notified that an item has been worn, prior to being returned, XBlades reserves the right to send the item(s) back to you.

STORE RETURNS

Purchases made at an XBlades authorised retailer must be returned or exchanged at the store the item was purchased from.

WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

EXCHANGE
The typical shipping time for items to arrive back into XBlades is approximately 10 days. However, this can be longer depending on where you are sending your items from and where any customs and quarantine inspections are conducted. As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that it has been dispatched.

REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our quality assurance team and is confirmed to fit without our Exchange and Returns Policy. This quality check can take up to 14 days. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by XBlades to your payment services provider. Please be advised that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund may vary depending upon the provider.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

All XBlades products and clothing undergo stringent quality checks from the very beginning of their manufacturing process. In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note that some products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. You should make sure that you have read the label, hang tag or warranty card carefully for the specific guidelines. 

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • With the exceptions required by law, we will only accept exchanges or returns within the 30 day period. If a return or exchange is outside of the 30 day time frame, it will be at XBlades discretion as to whether they will provide an exchange or refund on the item(s).
  • The garment is unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached.
  • Make sure you follow the packaging and care instructions.
