Success Stories So Far

In 2017 XBlades has announced a multi-year apparel partnership with St George Illawarra Dragons, the elite club joining the pro-teams already part of Team XBlades  (Cronulla Sharks, the GIANTS, St Kilda and the GC SUNS). Now XBlades are opening up our offer to all clubs, teams and organisations around Australia.

The attraction of elite level sporting apparel supplied to clubs and organisations around Australia has already proven popular with Australia's premium teams, with several already coming on board within months of XBlades moving into the market.

You can read about some of our early success stories below:

Sunnybank Rugby (QLD):

The prestige of Sunnybank Rugby is well known across Queensland, being a pivotal force in the QLD Premier Rugby competition and boasting 650 junior players alone. In . 2017 all senior men's and colts teams making finals, three making the grand final. The well-respected club is also represented well by their women's team, now undefeated for three consecutive seasons. A rich pipeline of successes the club has produced a multitude of players who have represented QLD and Australia, including Liam Gill, Rob Simmons and Greg Holmes.

Signing onto a three-year deal XBlades will join the club for its 50th-year celebrations in 2019, as well as becoming the exclusive apparel and boot supplier. The partnership with XBlades and it's new and improved apparel range coming at the opportune time to propel the club to further success in 2018 and beyond.

De la Salle (NSW):

Already sharing a postcode with Cronulla Sharks, located opposite the Sharks Home ground, De La Salle has joined the professional NRL club in sharing XBlades as their official Apparel Supplier. Established in 1963, De la Salle is the premier junior rugby league club in the Cronulla district, boasting over 600 players.  De la Salle has a great history of players elevated to play grade footy with the Sharks, Andrew Ettinghausen, Allan and Craig Wilson and Adam Dykes, just to name a few!

The 3-year partnership between De la Salle JRLFC and XBlades ensures that the clubs playing strip will be produced exclusively by XBlades, a partnership that is fitting of the strong history both club and brand have in Cronulla.

SANFL:

As the oldest surviving football league of any code in Australia, the SANFL is one of the most prodigious, respected and well-supported leagues in the country. XBlades have joined two top-flight clubs in 2018.

West Adelaide FC (SA):

West Adelaide has a long and proud history of producing great AFL footballers and boasts the foundations of careers for three Brownlow medalists in Bernie Smith, Adam Cooney and Mark Ricciuto. Formed in 1892 the "Bloods" have long been a staple of South Australian football, joining the SANFL in 1897 collecting 9 premierships, the most recent in 2015, breaking a 32-year drought. XBlades joins the Westies on a three-year deal, becoming the official on-field supplier for all WAFC seniors, Women's Football Team, Reserves, U18 team, U16 team, talent squads, support staff and fans.

As WAFC looks to repeat its 2015 successes XBlades will also be on board as a preferred supplier of footwear and off-field apparel ensuring that the club has access to the very best apparel and footwear available to the XBlades' elite AFL teams.

Woodville-West Torrens FC (SA)

West-Torrens had competed in the SANFL since 1897 whilst Woodville joined more recently in 1964. Both teams had limited success in the competition and following the 1990 season merged to become the Woodville-West Torrens Eagles. Since then the club has received the ultimate prize three times and continues to build at the highest level of South Australian football. XBlades has joined Woodville-West Torrens on a two year deal as the exclusive on-field and off-field apparel supplier of the WWTFC senior, Reserves, U18 team, U16 Team, talent squads, support staff and fans.

In 2017 the Eagles finished with the minor premiership but were unable to capitalise in the finals, hopefully, their partnership with XBlades will help to catapult the club to further success and ultimate glory in 2018.
